Wow!  Time seems to be flying by way too fast!  It has almost been a month since I posted last....I had good intentions of blogging sooner, but I stay busy taking care of Grayson during the day and am too tired in the evening to blog very often.  It seems like such a long time since I scrapped some of these layouts for Ava's 2012 album.  I am a slow scrapper but so far in 2016 I have scrapped more layouts than I scrapped in January of 2015.  My plans for 2016 is to surpass my 2015 total!

Most of the layouts were scrapped using Basic Grey kits from a class that I had taken at my LSS, other kits that were bought at crops, or paper that I have had for a long time.

Happy New Year!  Wishing all a blessed 2016, may the year bring peace and happiness.  I am starting out the year playing catchup as far as posting layouts to my blog.  The first four layouts I am sharing were scrapped in November.  I am getting closer to finishing layouts for 2012 to add to Ava's albums....hope to finish 2012 before she turns 6 in February.

The first layout I am sharing is of my son in laws birthday.  I used mostly K&Company patterned paper with a few other scraps added for color.  I am trying to use supplies from my stash before I buy anything new.  This collection is a birthday theme which I have used several times....love the large numbers for the background.

The second and third layouts were scrapped using some of my favorite paper from my stash of Basic Grey stacks.  I seem to go back to them often and love the results.
I love how this layout turned out!  Ava was so very happy to have moved into a new house with her mommy and daddy and willingly let me take these photos!  She is a sweetheart and has blessed our family in so many ways, more than she will ever know.  The background paper is Basic Grey with a little Paper Studio, MM, and miscellaneous paper added.  I fussy cuts most of the hearts and then added Heidi Swapp hearts, and a miscellaneous stamp.

This past year I attended a monthly Basic Grey class at the LSS and finished the last two layouts using paper from one of the classes.  I scrapped both layouts back in February 2015.  I love scrapping for Ava and adore how these layouts turned out.

Wishing all a blessed New Year!
